Refund and Returns Policy

At BarknBake.co, we are committed to providing high-quality, handmade dog cakes, bakes, and meals. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy to understand the terms of your purchase.

General Policy

  • Final Sale Policy: All perishable goods are final and cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature.
  • Non-Perishable Goods: Non-perishable items may be exchanged or returned for store credits within 7 days of receiving the order, provided:
    • The original packaging is intact.
    • There are no signs of use or tampering.

Product Variations

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in appearance, including color differences between on-screen and off-screen, are normal and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees will be refunded if the driver is late by more than 30 minutes past the agreed delivery window. Refunds will not apply to delays caused by accidents or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or unforeseen events).
  2. Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive, please contact us for resolution immediately.

Replacements

  1. In-House Delivery: Damaged goods delivered by our in-house team will qualify for a one-for-one replacement within 3 hours. Notify us immediately upon receiving the damaged items, with photos of the goods and packaging.
  2. Pickups: Orders collected in person will be inspected on-site. Once collected, items cannot be refunded or replaced.

How to Exchange or Return Non-Perishable Goods

To exchange or return non-perishable goods for store credits, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at woof@opsbarknbake-co with the subject line “Exchange/Return Request”.
  2. Include your order number and details of the items to be returned or exchanged.
  3. Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use.

Store credits will be issued upon inspection and approval of the returned goods within 7 working days. Store credits issued will have a validity of 3 months.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your specific request.
