Role Title: Baker/Cake Decorator
Full-time $2200 – $2600 p.m.
 
Part-time: Min. 2 Days a week, $11 – $13/hr

Job Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Full shift with 1 hr break), 9am – 2pm (Half Shift), Mon & Thurs OFF.

Job Description:

  1. Ensure daily orders are ready by the scheduled timing
  2. Independently plan baking schedule for upcoming orders
  3. Research and develop new treats and cake design
  4. Decorate and frost cakes 
Job Requirements:
  • Some culinary, handicraft or creative artistry experience is required, and a passion for handmade goods and the like is highly favourable
  • High level of personal and food hygiene standards (WSQ Food Safety Course will be provided)
  • Will be required to operate machinery like Dishwasher, dehydrators, ovens, and vacuum sealers
  • A positive attitude towards feedback and learning on the job
  • You may be required to work independently while working as a team

Role Title: Retail Assistant
Full-time $2200 – $2600 p.m.
Part-time (Weekends): 12pm – 6pm, $10 – $12/hr

Job Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Full shift with 1 hr break), 9.30am – 3.30pm (Half Shift), Mon & Thurs OFF. 

Job Description:

  1. Process orders and attend to customers’ enquiries
  2. Pack and oversee daily deliveries and store pick-ups of orders
  3. Manage store inventory and ensure the website is up to date
  4. Provide a positive and quality customer experience
  5. Attend to retail sales
  6. Attend to event bookings and guests (2- and 4-legged)
  7. Perform all other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Some customer service/ retail/ e-commerce/ logistics experience is required
  • You need to be a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail 
  • You will be expected to maintain store hygiene
  • A neat and tidy individual
  • Some computer literacy (words, excel, cms, etc)
  • A positive attitude towards feedback and learning on the job
  • You may be required to work independently while working as a team

Prior experience is not required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Role Available: Social Media Executive/Internship (Remote work arrangement available!)

Job Description:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand goals and target audience.

2. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling social media content, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

3. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms promptly. Foster meaningful connections with followers and customers to enhance brand loyalty.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

5. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

6. Social Listening: Stay attuned to conversations and trends in the industry and identify opportunities to engage with relevant topics and influencers.

7. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

8. Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with pet-related industries and trends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of relevant design software are a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members and stakeholders.
  • A diploma (min.) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
