Kangaroo bones are a source of essential nutrients like calcium and phosphorus, which are important for strong bones and teeth. Lead Time:

  • Place your orders at least 3 days in advance (i.e. Order on Sunday and get it earliest on Wednesday).

  • Our cakes do not contain any preservatives but can be stored overnight for next-day celebrations.

Inclusions:

  • Barkday cakes will come with 1 complimentary candle.
  • Our cake faces are carefully measured to fit a maximum of 6 cut-out cookie alphabets. We do not carry symbols or numbers.
    • For names longer than 6 alphabets, please opt for a bone name cookie.

Indemnity:

  • We cannot guarantee that colours will be true-to-screen as we are limited by the fresh produce we get daily.
  • All available custom options will be displayed on the product page
  • Shipping instructions will only be read on order pickup/delivery day. Please do not leave custom order instructions in your order notes.
  • Measurements stated may vary up to ~0.5 inches as our cakes are all baked fresh in store and there might be slight shrinkage that occurs naturally during the baking process.

A $5 admin fee applies to all order changes made after 48 hrs from orders placed.

 

Delivery Information

Option 1: Flexible Delivery

  • $12-$15 islandwide. 
  • For Sentosa & Tuas, an additional $7 applies.
  • Time slots: 10 am – 6 pm
  • All orders are arranged to arrive within the chosen time slot. We cannot arrange for the delivery to arrive at, by, or after a specific time (eg. at 2 pm). Drivers deliver to a few places in one trip following a route that is carefully planned, arranged, and optimized.

Option 2: Guaranteed 2-Hour Delivery

  • $22-$25 islandwide. 
  • For Sentosa & Tuas, an additional $7 applies.
  • Time slots: 10 am – 12 pm (+$3 for priority orders), 1 pm – 3 pm, 3 pm – 5 pm
  • All orders are arranged to arrive within the chosen time slot. We cannot arrange for the delivery to arrive at, by, or after a specific time (eg. at 1 pm). Drivers deliver to a few places in one trip following a route that is carefully planned, arranged, and optimized.

All Saturday orders (regardless of pickup or delivery) will attract a surcharge of $3.

Delivery Important Information:

There may be external factors that affect or may cause early arrivals or delays in deliveries. Our delivery partners will be in touch in the event of such occurrences.

In such events, our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time and long delays may occur. This is outside of our control. BarknBake.co will not accept responsibility for late delivery of orders and no refunds or re-deliveries will be initiated. Buyers are advised to select a time slot with these possibilities taken into account.

If you are expecting the cake for a specific time, do opt for self-pickup or select an available earlier if you cannot risk the items arriving later than a chosen time frame.
For deliveries to hotels, MBS, shopping malls, JEWEL, museums, and other restricted zones, the cake would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or nearest pickup point by default. If you wish for delivery directly to the room or restaurant, please write in to inform us and we will check against our availability. A surcharge of $7 would apply.

Successful Delivery

Deliveries are considered successful where:

  1. It has been passed to the recipient/someone on behalf of the recipient.
  2. It has been left at the guardhouse, receptionist, with a neighbour, or a place requested or consented to by the recipient or someone on behalf of the recipient (this includes the buyer).

Persons collecting the items from the drivers are required to check that the items are complete and in good condition upon receiving them. They are encouraged to let the driver know (before the driver leaves) of any defects/damage if possible. We would need to be notified within an hour of the items being delivered, of any defects/damage that occur because of delivery (proof of defect/damage is required).

We will assess and investigate the matter, and decide the next steps to be taken according to their discretion, taking into account all relevant factors.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Unsuccessful delivery means a driver has been assigned to your order, but due to the reasons below, the driver cannot deliver the items to the recipient.

  1. The recipient is unreachable/uncontactable on the driver’s arrival at the delivery address.
  2. The recipient is not at home/present on the driver’s arrival at the delivery address.
  3. There is no one present to collect the order on the recipient’s behalf on the driver’s arrival at the delivery address.
  4. There is no such person at the delivery address.
  5. The delivery address given is incorrect, insufficient, or not searchable on Google Maps.
  6. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient to execute the delivery successfully.
  7. The recipient is not willing to collect the order from the driver at the drop-off point/lobby/ground floor of the given delivery address.
  8. The recipient refuses to accept the items.
  9. The recipient does not consent to leaving the items with someone else or in some other area within the premises.
  10. The recipient/buyer requests the driver to wait at the delivery address for longer than 10 minutes.
  11. Other circumstances that prevent the driver from passing the items to the recipient/someone on behalf of the recipient on a case-to-case basis.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery,

  • The buyer will be notified via the email that was used to place the order.
  • Drivers will bring the items back to our store after completing all the deliveries following the assigned route.
  • No requests for refunds of the item(s) and/or delivery fee will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products and our on-demand delivery service.

The buyer/someone on the buyer’s behalf is required to:

  • Collect the items at our store on the same day during our operating hours once the items have been brought back by the driver.
  • Collect the items at our store during our operating hours on the next day.
  • Arrange for your own 3rd party delivery service to collect the items from our store during our operating hours once it has been brought back by the driver.
  • Where items are uncollected from our store for more than 1 day, they will be disposed of.

Damage/Defects

All orders and items are carefully checked and sent out in good condition. In the unlikely event that the items arrive not in good condition, please report it to us immediately or within 3 hours of receipt with a clear picture of the damage/defect. All items must be unconsumed, in the state that such damage/defect was discovered, and/or in their original state.

 

  • Cakes: If serving today/tomorrow, refrigerate at 0-4 degrees Celsius until before serving. Refrigerate within 2 hours from collection. If freezing for later, kindly take all your photos prior, as the frosting may dull once frozen.
  • Biscuits and Cookies: Can be left in a cool, dry, air-tight container for a week or kept in the refrigerator for up to a month.
  • It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that you have proper storage for the cake. If you need information on the cake box size, or any other details to ensure proper storage, please do not hesitate to ask the team for assistance. We would not be held responsible if you do not have the proper conditions to store the cake.
  • Our customized cakes are in boxes but do not come with plastic bags. Please hold them from the base of the cake box only and not from the sides of the box.
  • Standard single candles will accompany all birthday cakes.
  • We do not provide knives or cutlery.
  • We do not provide dry ice or ice packs.
  • Meals: Can be frozen up to 6 months from production date.

Treats Care

  • Our treats would come in plastic bags.
  • Our treats are best kept frozen for maximum freshness.

Grab/Lalamove/3rd Party Drivers

If you are arranging for a 3rd party driver to collect your order from us, please ensure that a car is selected and not a motorcycle.

You are required to provide the driver with your name and order number as they will need to present it to us to collect your order.

We do not take responsibility for any problems, issues, or situations that arise from and arise because of the 3rd party delivery service as well as for the items once they have left our premises. The driver should take a picture of all the items in your order before and after delivering them to you.

We do not make any delivery arrangements or book and arrange 3rd party delivery services on behalf of pickup customers. Please arrange for your 3rd party delivery service if you have opted for self-pickup and are not able to come over to our store to collect your order from us.

How to handle our cakes

  • All cakes need to be transported by car and placed on a flat surface, eg. a car floor.
  • They can last in a car ride with the AC on high for about 1 hour.
  • We don’t take any responsibility for the items once they have left our premises.
  • It is highly recommended that you drive when self-collecting customized cakes (both one tiered or two tiered) as the cake would be packed in a transparent box tied with ribbon. It is recommended to stuff a blanket around the box to prevent the cake box from moving around while in transit.
